Refunds & Shipping

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the face that most of our products are made to order, and cannot be resold, we do not accepts returns or offer refunds due to health and safety concerns.

Once you press submit to the order, please consider your items purchased. We will only accept cancellations within 8 hours of the purchase. If you requested a custom item, cancellations cannot be given if it has already been made. Please keep that in mind when you purchase an item.

Damaged Items:
We may request a digital photo if there is a problem/damage with an order.
If you have received your order damaged due to shipping, please take photos and contact us immediately. I will try to get a refund through Canada Post if applicable.

SHIPPING:
Shipping charges are not refundable.

All Items are all shipped through Canada Post using the cheapest option available to try and keep our costs lower and more affordable to you.

** U.S. and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:*** 
Smaller American/International Orders - DO NOT COME WITH A TRACKING ORDER!
We are not responsible for paying any customs fees due at time of shipping. Packages returned due to unpaid customers fees will not be refunded or reshipped.

We always suggest upgrading your shipping if you have a strict deadline or contacting us directly at support@vidacocoloco.com to inquire about expedited shipping.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping once an item has been scanned at the Post Office.
There may be delays due to weather, busy shipping season (such as Christmas or Mother's Day), or packages could be held at customs for a undetermined amount of time.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot predict if and for how long customs may decide to hold a package.

SHIPPING DELAYS: 
Unfortunately, we do not have control over the mail system.
- Shipping within Canada is anywhere from 2 - 11 BUSINESS DAYS
- Shipping to the USA is 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for Regular Shipping (no tracking)
- Shipping Internationally is anywhere between 14- 45 BUSINESS DAYS for regular shipping (no tracking)

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders (except for custom orders) are shipped within 1-7 "Business" days from the time payment is received. Canada Post is closed on weekends in Canada.
